Eric Glasser

Principal Cloud Architect with 15+ years building distributed, cloud-native systems across startups and Fortune 500 enterprises. Five years at AWS Professional Services, where I led $30M+ in complex architecture engagements — from monolith decomposition and production RAG systems to agentic AI for clinical development in GxP-regulated environments.

I’ve architected genomics pipelines that scaled to 1,000+ concurrent samples, built ML-powered manufacturing inspection platforms that cut defect rates by 80%, and delivered GenAI reporting portals serving hundreds of enterprise customers in production. My work spans healthcare, life sciences, financial services, HR technology, and media — always at the intersection of deep technical execution and strategic business alignment.

I’m also an accessibility advocate whose perspective is shaped by lived experience. As an engineer with congenital nystagmus and low vision who drives with bioptic lenses, I build for the full spectrum of users. As President of AWS’s People with Disabilities at Global Services, I scaled the organization globally across four regions and led a multi-year effort to make AWS certification exams screenreader-accessible.

I write about GenAI infrastructure, agentic AI risks, and inclusive developer tooling at biopticcoder.com. Always interested in connecting with people working on hard problems at the intersection of cloud architecture, AI, and accessibility.
